Over the Christmas period I sold my Demo and had it transported to VIC.
Cheapest option for me was Airport to Airport via AAE. Twas $86 and is a special bicycle rate at the 'Off-peak' tariff. ['Off-peak' means they take their sweet time.]
ETA is normally 5 working days, and I had mixed answers as to if they delivered door to door. Phone sales person said no, Guy at the counter said yes - but its at the express tariff's.

I recently sent my bike to sydney with Australian Air Express and i was quoted $86 also for airport to airport, but when i took the bike down to the AAE office the guy i dealt with told me for 1 dollar extra the bike would be delivered by courier to the guys door!
